BAD ONLINE BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS INFO AND RESOURCES

These are my personal "Bad Mail-Order Transactions" pages and is not affiliated with any other entity whatsoever.

In each / any of the few disputes I've encountered, I always make an honest attempt to resolve the matter in the best of Good Faith, but am not shy at all to respond in-kind to nefarious emails I get back.  If I have made 2-way email contact with a problematic Seller, then I usually do not waste my time and money following up by telephone just to duplicate all that is said well in emails and create more friction.  I do not waste an unreasonable amount of time with bad transactions, beyond offering solutions and working out solutions the other party might offer in good faith;  I will go to lengths to resolve a mistake or extenuating circumstance a Seller or Buyer might have, which Ebayers should do and reflect well in their ebay Feedback.  If the other party in a bad transaction doesn't want to correct the problem right away, then then the offended ebayer can resort to the many other measures amply available, which I am trying to demonstrate.  That has proven to be the best approach, particularly with the weak enforcement that auction houses and their forums (such as ebay and pay pal) usually avoid like the plague to circumvent public view of the full circumstances of complaints.  There are just too many other very effective means available to deal with internet business rats than running around in the circles and jumping through the circus of hoops ebay creates to stonewall their involvement in complaints.

EXCEPT THE LONG AND AGRAVATING WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES TRYING IN VAIN TO GET EBAY AND/OR PAY PAL TO LIVE UP TO THE PROPAGANDA THEY PUBLISH ABOUT THEIR DECEPTIVE FACADE AND SUPPORT THAT IS MINIMAL AND DECEITFULLY POOR AT BEST,  OF WHICH I AND A LARGE AND GROWING NUMBER OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF.

NOTEMost transaction disputes eventually show that the parties are good folks experiencing extenuating circumstances;  While the remaining rats expose themselves rather well by their poop.  But with the time-windows prescribed to file complaint petitions, based upon Industry and Government rules and guidelines; disputes that run longer than prescribed by the venue provider or by the FBI / IFCC should be reported and the petition processes begun.  My pages here are to ensure that a clear and honest report of my disputes can be posted for all to see, where they otherwise might be less than clear and/or thorough when published in other places such as auction houses' feedback and "about me" pages;  And to demonstrate ways to deal with the occasional boneheads.
