Hello Denny,
Thank you for writing in to Safe Harbor with your concerns. My name is Odie and I'm happy to help you further.
I appreciate you for providing us the details regarding this unwanted email. We are concerned about violations on the site and have thoroughly investigated your report. In accordance with our site policies, we cannot take any action, as the message was not sent through eBay's Email Forwarding System.
I can understand how this type of experience can be unsettling. Unfortunately, email between members, which is not sent through our Forwarding System, is considered private correspondence and is beyond eBay's jurisdiction. However, I do have some suggestions for you.
Whenever you encounter unwanted email, the easiest thing to do is block the sender's incoming emails. Most email programs provide a feature that will automatically block any unwanted email. Please consult the help section of your email program or consult your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for instructions on how to enable this feature. If you are unable to block the incoming emails, simply delete the email. Do not reply or respond, as it is always best to not escalate an already tense situation.
You may also want to contact this person's ISP and make them aware of the type of email that you have been receiving. Although we cannot handle these types of complaints, the member's ISP should be able to help you resolve this unfortunate situation.
To contact their ISP, look at the sender's email address and substitute the word postmaster in place of the name in front of the @ symbol. For example, if the email was sent from notnice@toomuch.com, you would send your report to postmaster@toomuch.com.
Denny, I understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and can certainly empathize with your position. However I want to assure you that I have done everything in my power with respect to this case, while following eBay's guidelines.
Regards,
Odie eBay SafeHarbor Investigations Team ______________________________ eBay Inc. The World's Online Marketplace® *******************************************
Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Protection Services Department

You people truely are about the most incompetent and/or nefarious corporate-nazi degenerates I have ever encountered in my 47 years of extensive exeperience in the professional and business world. See the Sellers email I just received (shown below with headers at foot) to see who you IDIOTS are bedfellows with IN YOUR INCREDIBLE NEFARIOUS STUPIDITY.
All the actions against you I told you I would take will now be begun and followed through at any expense.
By cc'ing other ebay departments which ebay has published as their agents in these matters, this is to officially notify ebay that I deem ebay and it's department agents involved in this BLATANTLY FRAUDULANT AUCTION AND SELLER AND EBAY'S COMPLICITY THERIN, are each evermore compounding ebay's civil and criminal liabilities in these matters.
