Notice that eBay's response to these matters take on the appearance of a hallmark of illiterate incompetence and deceit;  Email notices whose deceit wouldn't pass a high school research class scrutiny;  Departments directed to answer for others while acting like they have no clue what the other departments are doing on a same case; Claiming arbitrary policies apply when a high school class could easily see they don't; And no grounds whatsoever for their ever-changing positions and claims. FURTHERMORE;  ebay / Pay Pal have stated in writing to me that they have no jurisdiction whatsoever over emails and content exchanged outside their website features;  SO, they have no authority whatsoever over information thereby provided, AND;  They cannot have their cake and eat it too ...ALTHOUGH they certainly try to as a matter of corporate "wizard of oz" practices.  Anyone can anticipate with good cause that ebay WILL impose any number of convenient & arbitrary Wizard-of-Oz "interpretations" of their rules to strong-arm their special interests and desires upon the public while knowing very well they are wrong.  It is blatantly obvious that no big business would hire anyone so grossly illiterate and incompetent as ebay Support departments feign to be in their "nazi" prostitution.

to block the incoming emails, simply delete the email. Do not reply or
respond, as it is always best to not escalate an already tense

You may also want to contact this person's ISP and make them aware of
the type of email that you have been receiving. Although we cannot
handle these types of complaints, the member's ISP should be able to
help you resolve this unfortunate situation.

To contact their ISP, look at the sender's email address and substitute
the word postmaster in place of the name in front of the @ symbol. For
example, if the email was sent from notnice@toomuch.com, you would send
your report to postmaster@toomuch.com.

Denny, I understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping
for, and can certainly empathize with your position. However I want to
